妈富隆与补佳乐治疗青春期功血的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月~2013年9月安徽省庐江县人民医院收治的50例青春期功血患者,随机均分为2组(n=25)。治疗组采用妈富隆治疗,对照组采用补佳乐治疗,治疗后进行临床疗效比较。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,控制出血时间短于对照组,且不良反应少。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功血效果明显好于补佳乐,不良反应小、安全、简单,依从性好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the Marvelon treatment of adolescent function uterine hemorrhage clinical effect. Methods 50 cases of research object from January 2009 to September 2013 in the hospital and the hospital treated 50 cases of adolescent functional bleeding patients, randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 25,control group was treated with Marvelon, progynova treatment, the clinical effects were compared after treatment. Results Significantly better than the control group in the treatment group curative effect, to control the bleeding time was shorter than the control group, and less side effects. Conclusion Marvelon treatment of adolescent functional bleeding effect is obviously better than the progynova, small side effect, safety, simple, good compliance.更多还原
