2012年本院门、急诊普通药物处方点评实例分析

【摘要】 目的加强药物临床应用管理,促进临床合理用药。方法成立处方点评专家小组,临床药学室处方点评小组每月轮流抽取周一至周日1 d处方并筛选出普通药物处方进行点评,典型的不合理用药处方提交药剂科处方点评专家组讨论,临床药学室对讨论结果进行汇总及上报医务处。结果2012年1月~2012年12月遵义医学院附属医院门急诊普通药物不合理处方634张,全年合理率平均值为96%。结论通过处方点评,对存在的典型问题进行总结并反馈,提高了遵义医学院附属医院门、急诊普通药物处方质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To strengthen drug clinical application management, promote clinical rational drug use.Method Prescription review expert team was established. The prescription review expert team of clinical pharmacy offi ce took turns to sample one-day prescriptions from Monday to Sunday every month, and screened common drug prescription for review. The typical irrational drug use prescriptions were submitted to the prescription review expert team of pharmacy department for discussion. The clinical pharmacy offi ce summed up the discussion results and submitted them to the medical service department. Results There were a total of 634 irrational prescriptions of common drugs in clinical and emergency treatment departments of our hospital from January to December 2012. The reasonable average rate throughout the year was 96%. Conclusion The typical problems are summed up and fed back through prescription review, thereby improving the prescription quality of common drugs in clinical and emergency treatment departments of our hospital.更多还原
