左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜病变的临床探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜病变的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月-2013年1月收治的80例子宫内膜病变患者使用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结临床疗效。结果 80例子宫内膜病变患者在治疗前后月经量以及子宫内膜厚度的变化上存在差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜病变疗效显著,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of endometrial lesions. Methods The clinical datas of 80 cases with endometrial lesions in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, who were treated by the levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system. The clinical effect was summarized. Results 80 examples in menstrual quantity before and after treatment in patients with intrauterine membrane lesions, there exist some differences as well as the changes of endometrial thickness, with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect is signifi cantly that levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system treatment of endometrial disease, and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
