复杂胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的病例对照研究

【摘要】 目的探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折手术治疗方法及影响疗效的因素,为复杂胫骨平台骨折的治疗提供参考依据。方法选取收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者71例,随机分成单切口组、双切口组和直切口组,单切口组21例,采取膝前外侧单切口单钢板法治疗;双切口组24例,采取膝内外侧双切口钢板法治疗;直切口组26例,采取膝前正中直切口双钢板法治疗,比较三组临床疗效。结果单切口组优良率85.71%,双切口组优良率95.83%,直切口组优良率96.15%,双切口组和直切口组优良率明显高于单切口组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝前正中直切口双钢板法和双切口法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折具有较好的应用效果,是临床中治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的良好方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operation method and factors infl uencing the effect for complex tibia plateau fractures. Methods 71 cases with complex tibia plateau fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into single-incision group, two-incision group and straight incision group. 21 cases in single-incision group were taken anterior knee lateral incision and single plate method, 24 cases in two-incision groupwere taken knee medial and lateral double incision and double plate method, 26 cases in straight incision groupwere taken knee anterior midline incision and double plate method.The effects of the three groups were compared. Results The excellent rate of the single-incision group was 85.71%, two-incision group 95.83%, vertical incision group 96.15%.The excellent rate of two-incision group and straight incision group was signifi cantly higher than single-incision group, the difference was signifi cant(P<0.05). Conclusion Knees are straight incision double steel plate method and double incision treatment for complex fractures of tibial plateau has a good application effect, is in the clinical treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures is good method.更多还原
