【摘要】 总结了某医院搬迁中患者集体转运的护理风险管理措施及安全对策。主要包括制定全面的转运方案及应急预案,对护理人员进行风险意识及急救技能培训,制定详细、科学转运流程,合理分类患者,严格实施转运流程。认为建立前瞻性风险管理机制,加强护理人员风险教育、抓好转运途中的风险管理,实施有效的患者安全转运护理管理策略能杜绝护理差错事件发生,降低转运途中风险及护理不良事件的发生,确保患者集体转运的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summary the nursing security management of the collective transportation of inpatients during the relocation. The actions include establishing comprehensive transportation program and contingency plan,training nursers’ risk awareness and classifying patients reasonably.
