【摘要】 针对传统的花卉学课程教学与工作岗位实践脱节的问题,寻求适合花卉学课程的"理实一体"教学模式。通过设置对照组和试验组,采用不同课程设置和教学方法对学生成绩和教学效果进行比较。结果表明:对照组和试验组的实训平均成绩相差10.47分,试验组的平均成绩85.83分,参加工学结合人数多,普遍得到企业的认可。而综合成绩最高的试验组2由于独生子女所占比例较高,缺少吃苦耐劳精神对教学评价却最低。得出结论:花卉学课程的"理实一体"教学改革不仅增强了学生的实践能力和岗位适应能力,还使专业教师成为对社会具有很强影响力的行业专家,同时还需要强化学生对专业实践的思想认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 A theory-practice integration teaching mode for floriculture course was carried out. Students in control group and experimental group were taught with different content and teaching way. The results of unified examination show that the average practical training score of the students in the control group is 10. 47 points less than that of the experimental group. It is concluded that this teaching mode is helpful to improve student’ s professional skills. Meanwhile,teachers have learnt a lot in the practice.更多还原
