国际上关于ZnO电阻片冲击能量耐受能力的研究进展
International Research Progress on Impulse Energy Tolerance of ZnO Resistor
【摘要】 笔者系统综述了国际上关于Zn O电阻片冲击能量耐受能力的研究进展。共分三个时期:早期(1970~1996)、中期(1997~2005)和近期(2006~2013)。探明了Zn O电阻片冲击能量耐受能力与冲击电流波形之间的关系。研究成果已经部分被IECA3.17工作组作为起草和修改IEC60099-4、IEC60099-10的依据。借助更加先进的监测技术和数学仿真计算,进一步从微观结构去揭示Zn O电阻片冲击能量耐受能力的机理,是下一步研究的方向和重点。
【Abstract】 The international research progress on impulse energy tolerance of ZnO resistors are systematically reviewed. It is divided into three periods: early(1970 ~ 1996), medium-term(1997~2005) and recent(2006 ~2013). The relationship between energy handling capability and impulse current waveform of ZnO resistors is basically understood. Some research results have been used by IECA3.17 working group as a basis to draft and modify IEC60099 and IEC60099-10. With the help of more advanced monitoring techniques and mathematical simulation calculation, it is the next step research direction and focus to further reveal the mechanism of energy handling capability of ZnO resistors from the view of microstructure.
