硬脂酸盐对LR6电池性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锂和硬脂富马酸钠作为碱性锌锰电池正极添加剂对电池新电性能及70℃高温贮存后性能的影响。研究发现:硬脂酸盐能够提高电池高温贮存性能;硬脂酸锂添加量在0.1%~0.2%时,电池经过高温贮存后,不仅大电流放电性能优于对比电池,中等电流性能也优于对比电池,且用量在0.15%时,高温贮存性能最佳。

【Abstract】 Calcium stearate,lithium stearate,sodium stearyl fumarate were used as additive in alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries,The influence of these compounds on the properties of fresh batteries and batteries stored at 70℃for 7days had been studied.And the effects of different content of lithium stearate on the performance of batteries had been studied.It was found that stearate could improve the high temperature storage performance of batteries.When lithium stearate content was 0.1%-0.2%,the batteries stored at 70℃for 7days produced better effects.The Optimum dosage of lithium stearate was 0.15%.
