【摘要】 目的探讨生物反馈治疗功能性排便障碍型便秘的临床疗效。方法对41例符合功能性排便障碍型便秘的患者进行生物反馈治疗,每次60min,每周1次,4次一个疗程,完成10次以上生物反馈治疗后进行疗效评估。结果 41例患者在肛管、直肠静息压,直肠最大收缩压,初始排便感等方面较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);排便Cleveland便秘评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。41例患者中治愈21例,显效7例,有效2例,无效11例,总有效率73.17%。结论生物反馈疗法治疗功能性排便障碍型便秘有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explicit the benefits of biofeedback therapy in functional bowel disorders constipation.Methods 41 patients who were diagnosed the functional bowel disorder were trained with biofeedback therapy.They received the treatment every 60 min,once very week,4 times a course,and those in whom the therapy was performed at least ten times were enrolled to evaluate the efficacy in this study.Results The anal canal and rectum resting pressure,rectal maximum systolic blood pressure,initial defecation were significantly improved after treatment in 41 patients(P<0.05).The constipation defecation Cleveland score were significantly lowered than pre-treatment(P<0.05).The response was excellent in 21 cases,2 were good,2 were partial,and 11 cases had no improvement,with the rate of success was 73.17%.Conclusion Biofeedback therapy is a safe and effective treatment option for functional bowel disorders constipation.更多还原
