【摘要】 基于时间-反应模型,研究了半数死亡时间(median lethal time,LT50)的数据拟合方法.同时,定量评估了第二松花江典型污染物——邻二硝基苯(1,2-DNT)对于水生敏感种鲤鱼的LT50值.结果表明:采用此方法能够完成现实环境中时间-改变的暴露效应评价;能够为国家和区域特征水环境基准制定,有效地提供新的技术途径和理论依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on time-response approach,this paper introduces the median lethal time(LT50)data fitting method.At the same time.This research was designed to quantitative LT50value of typical pollutant o-dinitrobenzene(1,2-DNT)in Songhua River on common carp(Cyprinus carpio).The results of realistic time-varying exposures wish to provide new technical approach and theory foundation for deriving national or local water quality criteria of different chemicals for protecting aquatic biota in China.更多还原
