【摘要】 抗战时期,中国共产党从中华民族的根本利益出发,对特殊历史条件下如何开展干部教育进行了有益的探索,制定和实施了一系列干部教育政策。笔者全面考察了抗战时期干部教育政策制定的背景、依据,及其内容与实践,阐述了干部教育政策的施行不仅为抗日战争及新民主主义革命的胜利提供了数量充足、素质优良的干部队伍和人才保证,而且为新的历史时期中共加强和改进干部教育工作提供了重要的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the period of Anti-Japanese War,the Chinese Communist Party explored how to carry out the cadre education under the special history conditions,and formulated the cadre education policy proceeding from the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation.This article makes the historical investigation about the cadre education policy formulation,based on the background,content and practice,and elaborates the policy which has important significance not only to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the new-democratic revolution,but also to the new time Communist Party to strengthen and improve the work of cadre education.更多还原
