3个杜仲品种叶片性状及活性成分质量分数

【摘要】 为了揭示杜仲叶用品种叶片形态结构、微观构造以及活性成分质量分数的变异规律,以‘小叶’杜仲、‘红叶’杜仲及‘密叶’杜仲为研究材料,开展叶片形状指标调查、石蜡切片观测及活性成分质量分数测定。结果表明:3个品种叶长为9.34~14.44 cm,叶宽为3.46~6.98 cm,叶形指数为2.05~2.70,叶片干质量为0.23~0.59 g,叶面积为24.32~77.34 cm2,比叶质量为76.53~93.41 g·m-2;‘小叶’杜仲叶长、叶宽、叶面积及叶片干质量均显著低于‘红叶’杜仲和‘密叶’杜仲,而叶形指数及比叶质量则显著高于此2品种。在显微镜放大100倍下叶肉厚度为431.67~487.11μm,栅栏组织厚为129.47~186.61μm,海绵组织厚为172.80~260.86μm,栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度比值为0.51~1.11;‘小叶’杜仲海绵组织厚及叶片厚显著高于‘红叶’杜仲和‘密叶’杜仲,而栅栏组织厚及栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度比值则显著低于‘红叶’杜仲和‘密叶’杜仲。黄酮质量分数为0.50%~1.70%,绿原酸质量分数为1.14%~1.64%,京尼平苷酸质量分数为0.24%~0.54%;‘红叶’杜仲的黄酮质量分数最高,‘小叶’杜仲的绿原酸质量分数最高,‘密叶’杜仲京尼平苷酸质量分数最高。杜仲3个品种间叶片形状、解剖结构及活性成分质量分数间存在显著差异。

【Abstract】 We investigated the leaf shape index,observed paraffin section and determined the active ingredient content to reveal the change law between leaf traits and active ingredients in different varieties of Eucommia ulmoides with E. ulmoides‘Xiaoye’,E. ulmoides‘Hongye’and E. ulmoides‘Miye’. The leaf length of three varieties is 9. 3- 14. 4 cm,leaf width is 3. 5- 7. 0 cm,leaf index is 2. 05- 2. 65,leaf weight is 0. 23- 0. 59 g,the leaf area is 24. 32- 77. 34 cm2,leaf weight ration is 76. 53- 93. 41 g / m2,mesophyll thickness is 431.67-487.11 μm,the depth of palisade tissue is 129. 47-186. 61 μm,the depth of sponge tissue is 172. 80- 260. 86 μm,the ratio of the palisade tissue and spongy tissue is 0. 51- 1. 11,the content of flavonoids is 0. 50%- 1. 70%,the content of chlorogenic acid is 1. 14%- 1. 64%,and the geniposidic acid is 0. 24%- 0. 54%. The total content of flavonoids in E. ulmoides‘Hongye’is the highest. The content of chlorogenic acid in E. ulmoides‘Xiaoye’is the highest. The geniposidic acid in E. ulmoides‘Miye’is the highest. There are significant differences between the leaf area,the anatomical structure and the active ingredient content in three varieties of E. ulmoides.
