基于冲击原理的磨削接触区及磨削力建模
Grinding Contact Area and Grinding Force Modeling Based on Impact Principle
【摘要】 磨削力是滑擦、耕犁及切削三个阶段共同作用的结果,仅对切削阶段进行研究通常造成切削力计算值与实测值的误差较大;因此本文考虑磨削接触区冲击效应对整个平面磨削加工过程的影响,将接触区划分为冲击区和切削区两部分.通过分析磨粒在冲击区内对工件产生的冲击载荷的变化情况,建立了单颗磨粒的冲击载荷模型及参与冲击的磨粒数目模型,并结合磨削力在切削区的变化情况,构建磨削力理论计算模型及总磨削力数学模型.最后通过实验研究验证了理论分析的合理性.
【Abstract】 In a grinding process,the grinding force is generated from the joint actions of sliding friction,plough and cutting. The calculated grinding force w hich only takes account of the cutting process has big error,compared w ith the measured values. Based on the shock effect in the grinding contact area on the grinding process,the contact area w as divided into impact area and cutting area. Changes in the impact load from the grits on a w orkpiece in the impact zone w ere analyzed to model the impact load generated from single grit,as w ell as modeling the number of grits involved in the impact. Moreover,the theoretical calculation models of grinding force and total grinding force w ere also developed. Experimental study verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
