【摘要】 "中国科技报告体系的建设模式研究"关于科技报告的定义脱离我国的信息国情,违反科学定义的原则。以此为基础设计的中国科技报告体系框架,与我国现行科技管理机构和档案管理体制相重叠,背离我国科技标准化的实际,新建独立的科技报体系将导致国家信息资源的巨大浪费。笔者提出:将研究对象界定为国家资助项目的科技报告;整合我国科技管理、科技档案管理和情报管理的职能优势,充分发掘现有资源优势,通过宏观架构和功能协同的方式实现国家科技报告管理与服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 In"system statement",the definition of science and technology report divorced from the information conditions of our country and violated the principles of scientific definition.Basis on "system statement",Chinese science and technology report system framework,overlapped and conflicted with the current technology management agencies and archives management system of our country,deviated from the truth of standardization of science and technology in China.To establish a new and independent system of science and technology report,will lead to a huge waste of national information resources.The author proposes that,the research object should be defined as the science and technology report of the state-funded project; to integrate the functional advantages of science and technology management,science and technology archives management and information management,to exploit the superiority of the existing resources sufficiently,to form the national science and technology report management and service system through the manner of macro-architectures and functional synergy.更多还原
