【摘要】 目的观察金水六君煎加减对支气管哮喘急性期患者血清白介素-4(IL-4)和白介素-12(IL-12)的影响及疗效。方法将支气管哮喘急性期患者59例随机分为对照组(29例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加金水六君煎加减治疗。入院时和治疗1周后空腹采上肢静脉血3 ml,抗凝,测定血清IL-4和IL-12浓度,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈9例(30.0%)、显效20例(66.7%)、无效1例(3.3%),对照组治愈5例(17.2%)、显效20例(69.0%)、无效4例(13.8%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1周后两组患者血清IL-4浓度均降低,IL-12浓度均升高(P<0.05);治疗1周后,治疗组血清IL-4浓度低于对照组,IL-12浓度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金水六君煎加减能协同两药调节哮喘患者血液中炎症促进因子与炎症抑制因子平衡失调,抑制炎症反应,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Effect of serum interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-12(IL-12) on bronchial asthma patients in acute phase by Jinshui-six gentleman Decoction and Its curative effect.Methods 59 cases of bronchial asthma in acute phase were randomly divided into the control group(29 cases) and treatment group(30 cases).The control group were conventional treated,and the treatment group added Jinshui-six Decoction on the basis of the control group.At the time of admission and after 1 weeks of treatment,Upper limb vein blood 3ml were recovered and anticoagulanted to determined IL-4 and IL-12,compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results The treatment group and the control group cured,markedly effective and ineffective were 9(30%) VS 5(17.2%),20(66.1%) VS 20(69%) and 1(3.3%) VS 4(13.8%),there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Two groups of IL-4 concentration decreased after treatment,but the concentration of IL-12 in treatment group were increased,the amplitude of variation is larger,the two groups before and after treatment and compared,the difference was statistically significant;two groups before and after treatment were compared,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion Jinshui-six Decoction and Western medicine can collaborative regulation of blood in patients with asthma inflammation promoting factors and suppression of inflammation factor balance,inhibit inflammatory reaction,enhance the treatment effect,is worth the clinical promotion.更多还原
