【摘要】 目的观察以自拟中药消炎丸口服为主结合西药方法治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取盆腔炎患者1 718例,其中1 218例为治疗组,采用抗生素静脉滴注1周,同时口服消炎丸(2次/d,1丸/次),1周后单纯服用消炎丸治疗,随机选取同期、同类型患者500例为对照组,采用单纯抗生素疗法治疗,观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈782例,占64.20%,显效404例,占33.20%,治愈显效率达97.37%;对照组治愈237例,占59.25%,显效210例,占27.50%,治愈显效率达86.75%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药消炎丸联合西药治疗盆腔炎,能活血化瘀、消坚散结、调理血气、清热解毒、疏肝理气、消炎止痛,明显改善临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective With the application of the traditional Chinese medicine anti-inflammatory pills and the predominantly oral combine traditional Chinese and western medicine method.Methods The curative effects of 1218 cases(treatment group) of patients with pelvic inflammation were observed,and 500 cases of patients with the same disease were treatments with antibiotic were set as the control group.Results The results showed that 782 cases were cured in the treatment group,which accounted for 64.20%,404 cases were markedly improved,accounted for 33.20%,and the cure efficiency was up to 97.37%.237 cases were cured in the control group,accounted for 59.25%,210 cases were markedly improved,accounted for 27.50%,and the cure efficiency was up to 86.75%.The two groups have significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion The effects of the drug on the treatment principle were analyzed.更多还原
