【摘要】 目的观察前列腺增生患者电切术后的综合治疗效果。方法对60例前列腺增生患者采取经尿道电切术后实施整体治疗(包括密切监测病情及生命体征,做好生活起居指导、心理指导、引流管理等措施),观察临床疗效。结果在综合干预措施的治疗下,60例患者中,仅2例出现轻度膀胱收缩乏力,无静脉血栓和感染的发生,均在1周内好转或治愈出院。结论综合干预措施在前列腺增生患者电切术后的应用,能明显改善患者术后膀胱收缩乏力,减轻患者静脉血栓和感染的发生,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe postoperative comprehensive therapy on hyperplasia of prostate patients with electrical cut.Methods 60 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were treated with overall treatment measures after transurethral electric cutting(Including closely monitoring condition and vital signs of life daily life guidance,psychological guidance and drainage management,etc),then observe the clinical curative effect.Results Under the comprehensive intervention treatment of 60 cases,only 2 cases have mild bladder contraction fatigue,no case of venous thrombosis and infection,and all of them are improved or recovered within a week.Conclusion The application of comprehensive intervention measures in the patients with hyperplasia of prostate electricity cutting can significantly improve patients with postoperative bladder contraction fatigue,reduce the occurrence of infection in patients with venous thrombosis,and promote patients’ recover.更多还原
