【摘要】 目的分析患者在麻醉恢复期并发症的发生情况、原因以及所采取的护理措施,探索麻醉恢复室安全护理的方法。方法对本院麻醉恢复室所收治的5 156例术后患者进行病情记录、分析,统计麻醉恢复期常见并发症的发生例数。结果麻醉恢复期患者发生并发症1 093例(21.20%),其中呼吸系统并发症441例(8.55%),循环系统并发症504例(9.77%),神经系统并发症25例(0.48%),其他123例(2.39%)。结论护理人员应加强对麻醉恢复期患者的观察,针对患者的不同护理需要,与其建立和谐的互动关系并有针对性的实施护理措施,将并发症的危险程度降低,保证患者安全平稳的度过麻醉恢复期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the complications,causes and nursing measures of patients in anesthesia recovery period,and explore the nursing methods in PACU.Methods The states of illness of 5 156 patients who accepted anesthesia and were transferred to PACU were recorded and analyzed.The common complications were counted in their anesthetic recovery periods.Results 1 093(21.20%) cases were observed to have complications in anesthetic recovery period.Among them,441(8.55%) cases had respiratory complications,504(9.77%) cases had circulatory complications,25(0.48%) cases had neurological complications and 123(2.39%) cases had other complications.Conclusion Nurses should reinforce the observation on patients in anesthetic recovery period,foresee the different nursing needs of patients,establish interactive relationship with patients and provide specific nursing intervention,thus the incidence of complications may reduce and the patients can go though the anesthetic recovery period safely.更多还原
