【摘要】 目的建立同时测定五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的LC-UV含量测定方法。综合考察皖南山区野生华中五味子的内在品质,为该品种转为栽培品提供理论依据。方法采用LC-UV法,Agilent TC-C18(2)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm I.D,5 um),以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为240 nm,测定五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素。结果皖南山区野生华中五味子中五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素平均含量分别为0.24%、0.46%、1.22%。结论皖南山区野生华中五味子中五味子酯甲平均含量为0.24%,符合《中国药典》2010版的要求:五味子酯甲含量不低于0.20%,可供药用。通过三指标的综合控制,为皖南华中五味子的品质评价和栽培提供理论支持。更多还原
