【摘要】 血管性抑郁的治疗,包括抗抑郁治疗、针对血管性疾病、危险因素的治疗以及其他辅助疗法如心理治疗等。目前西医使用的抗抑郁药物主要为依据神经递质学说的传统抗抑郁药。中医认为,血管性抑郁患者先有脏腑虚衰的病理基础,在瘀血阻滞脑脉、经络导致疾病发生的基础上出现脑髓神机失用,脏腑功能减退,痰瘀内阻,气化失调或脾肾亏虚,神明被抑等,虚、瘀、郁是本病的基本病机。临床常以化瘀、理气、祛痰之法治疗,治疗过程中应用活血化瘀法尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The treatment of vascular depression should be all-pervasive which involves antidepressant treatment,vascular disease and risk factors treatment,adjuvant therapy and psychotherapy.The complex treatment on vascular depression should be accompanied by the treatment of vascular disease and depression.At present,antidepressant drugs in western medicine are traditional antidepressant drugs based on neurotransmitter theory.The clinical manifestations of vascular depression show that old aged patients often accompanied by a variety of physical diseases are susceptible to vascular depression.They have less sensitivity and tolerance to antidepressant drugs.Patients with vascular depression have the pathological basis of deficiency of internal organs.The syndromes of brain functional failure,organs dysfunction,phlegm and blood stasis,Qi disorder and the deficiency of spleen and kidney occurred on the basis of cerebral veins stasis by blood.To sum up,deficiency,blood stasis and Qi stagnation are the basic pathogenesis.The treatments of removing blood stasis,Qi,eliminating phlegm are often used to cure vascular depression as apoplexia in clinic.The method of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis is of great importance in the treatment.更多还原
