【Abstract】 From the sides of technology innovation ability,innovation funds and innovation teams,this paper summarized features of the technical innovation in Science and Technology SMEs,analyzed the main difficulties arising in university-based technology transfer,and put forward the countermeasures for the effective technology transfer from universities to SMEs.In order to meet the demands of the technology transfer,a better service platform must be improved,the collaborative innovation must be implemented,industrialized associations must be encouraged,and a new mechanism of technology transfer innovation must be built.Besides,qualified personnel trained for SMEs is required.更多还原
