聚醚醚酮(PEEK)纤维的定性鉴别方法
The qualitative identification methods for poly (ether-ether-ketone) fiber
【摘要】 针对在产业用纺织材料领域有较好应用前景的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)纤维的定性鉴别方法进行研究,采用常用的纤维鉴别方法,包括感官法、燃烧法、显微镜观察法、溶解法、着色反应法、荧光反应法、红外光谱分析法、热分析法、密度法、双折射法等,通过系统测试和分析,总结出对该类型纤维进行定性鉴别分析的方法。
【Abstract】 The qualitative identification methods for poly(ether-ether-ketone)(PEEK) fiber,which has a good application prospect in the industrial textile material field,were studied using common identification methods such as sensory method,burning method,microscopy method,dissolution method,coloring reaction,fluorescence reaction,infrared radiation spectrum method,thermal analysis method,density method,birefringence method and so on. Through systematic tests and analysis,a qualitative identification method of PEEK fiber is obtained.
