几种食用菌对桑枝屑基料中1-脱氧野尻霉素的富集能力

【摘要】 用含有生物活性物质1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)的桑枝碎屑作为培养基料培养普通食用菌,通过高效液相色谱法检测分析不同食用菌对桑枝屑基料中DNJ的富集能力。结果表明:黑木耳、灵芝均能够富集桑枝屑基料中的DNJ,其中灵芝的富集能力最强,干物中DNJ的质量分数达0.645 9%,黑木耳干物中DNJ的质量分数为0.385 4%;香菇对桑枝DNJ基本没有富集能力。所用夏伐桑枝条干物中DNJ的质量分数为0.889 3%,灵芝和黑木耳对桑枝屑基料中DNJ的吸收效率分别达到72.63%、43.34%。今后可利用桑枝条碎屑作培养基料培养对DNJ有较强富集能力的食用菌,提高桑枝食用菌的药用保健功效。

【Abstract】 Mulberry branch chips that contain biologically active material 1-deoxynojirimycin( DNJ) were used as base material to culture edible fungi,and the enrichment of mulberry branch DNJ in various edible fungi was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that black fungus and lucid ganoderma could enrich DNJ from mulberry branches. Among various edible fungi,lucid ganoderma had the highest enrichment ability. Mass fraction of DNJ in its dry matter was up to 0. 645 9%. Mass fraction of DNJ in dry matter of black fungus was 0. 385 4%. Shiitake fungus had very low enrichment ability to mulberry branch DNJ. The mulberry branches used to prepare culture base material were pruned in summer. Their dry matter had a mass fraction of DNJ of 0. 889 3%. The absorption rate of DNJ by lucid ganoderma and black fungus was up to 72. 63% and 43. 34% respectively. Therefore,it is feasible to culture edible fungi with high enrichment ability of DNJ by using mulberry branch chips as base material to improve medicinal and healthcare functions of edible fungi.
