用不同配方菇渣复合基质培育桑树容器苗的试验

【摘要】 选用菇渣替代草炭作为有机基质材料,以不同比例的菇渣配制桑苗培育基质,调查不同配方菇渣复合基质的理化性质及培育桑苗的生长发育状况。T3、T4和T6配方(菇渣、草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩的体积比分别为2∶1∶0∶1、3∶0∶0∶1、2∶0∶1∶1)的菇渣复合基质中,有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮等养分含量以及总孔隙度、通气孔隙度、持水孔隙度等物理性质均优于相同配比的草炭复合基质。供试的几种配方菇渣复合基质中,以T6配方基质培育的桑苗培育60 d,其株高、茎粗、总根长、根表面积和根尖数等指标增加量最为显著,分别增加106.21%、80.56%、644.11%、1 044.31%和256.75%,桑苗的干质量达0.1811 g/株。研究结果表明,配比合理的菇渣复合基质可以用于桑树容器苗的繁育。

【Abstract】 Instead of using peat as organic substrate,different proportions of mushroom residue were used to prepare growth media for mulberry seedlings to investigate physical and chemical properties of the composite media and growth and development of the raised mulberry seedlings. The results showed that the mushroom residue composite media of T3, T4 and T6 formulae( volume ratio of mushroom residue,peat,vermiculite and perlite was 2∶ 1∶ 0∶ 1,3∶ 0∶ 0∶ 1,and 2∶ 0∶ 1 ∶ 1,respectively) were all superior to the correspondent peat composite media in nutrient contents such as organic matter, total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen,and in physical properties such as total porosity,aeration porosity and water-holding porosity. Among the mushroom residue composite media,significant difference was observed in T6 formula medium on plant height,stem diameter,total root length,root surface area,and number of root tips,which increased by 106. 21%,80. 56%,644. 11%,1 044. 31% and 256. 75%,respectively. After 60 d of growth in T6 formula medium,the dry mass of mulberry seedling reached 0. 181 1 g per plant. These results strongly indicate that the mushroom residue composite media of rational ratio can be used to raise mulberry seedlings in containers.
