【摘要】 自主学习能力是人才的核心竞争力。大学生自主学习能力的培养策略主要包括自主学习意识的培养、自主学习方法的培养及自主学习习惯的培养。湖北大学楚才学院是本科人才培养模式改革试点单位,采用了学生自由选择专业、完全学分制及个性化培养等多项改革措施。通过大学生自主学习量表对该学院学生的自主学习能力进行测量,并与湖北大学其他学院学生的数据进行对比,发现在内在目标等维度上楚才学院学生显著优于其他学院学生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-learning capability is the core competitiveness of talents. The cultivation strategies for the self-learning capability of undergraduate students mainly consist of the cultivation of self-learning consciousness, the cultivation of self-learning methods and the cultivation of self-learning habits. Chucai College at Hubei University is a pilot unit in the cultivation of undergraduates, which has adopted various reform measures including free choice of profession, full credit and personalized cultivation.
