氮化处理FeSiAl合金粉及其磁粉芯的性能

【摘要】 将不同球磨时间的FeSiAl合金粉经高温氮化处理后,冷压成型、873K退火1h制得磁粉芯。分别用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪、振动样品磁强计观测粉末的形貌、晶体结构、成分和饱和磁化强度,利用动态磁滞回线测试装置测试磁粉芯的功率损耗。结果表明,延长球磨时间磁粉芯的损耗降低,随着氮化时间延长,磁粉的饱和磁化强度降低,磁粉芯的损耗先降低,后维持不变。球磨60 h氮化90 min粉末的饱和磁化强度达77.53 A·m2/kg,所制备的磁粉芯在100k Hz/300m T测试条件下功率损耗为58.18 W/kg。

【Abstract】 FeSiAl powders were ball-milled for different times and azotized at high-temperature,and then were molded and annealed at 873 K for 1h to prepare magnetic powder cores.The profile of the powders was observed by scanning electron microscope and the crystal structures of the as-milled and as-azotized powders were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and compositions of the powders were characterized by Energy Disperse spectroscopy.The power loss of the magnetic powder cores was measured by dynamic magnetic hysteresis loop apparatus,and the saturation magnetization was measured by vibrating samples magnetometer.The results show that the power loss of the magnetic cores decreases with extending ball milling time; saturation magnetization of powders reduces,and the power loss of the magnetic cores reduces initialy and then tends to not change with extending azotizing treatment time.The powder of as-milled 60 h and as-azotized 90 min exhibites a saturation magnetization of 77.53 A·m2/kg,and the corresponding powder core has a power loss of 58.18 W/kg under condition of frequency of 100 k Hz and magnetic induction of300 m T.
