磁场辅助水热法合成的镍纳米晶电磁与微波吸收特性
Magnetic field-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of Ni nanocrystalline and their electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties
【摘要】 用磁场辅助水热法合成镍单质纳米晶材料。未加磁场合成的镍材料由匕首状晶粒构成树枝状微结构,外加磁场下合成的样品由棒状以及片状晶粒构成,而且部分晶粒呈平行排列。外加磁场下合成的样品其磁导率和介电常数在8 GHz处同时为负,具有明显的左手材料特性,而且,还具有良好的微波吸收性能,最大反射衰减为-25 dB,衰减低于-8 dB的频率范围为10.32~13.52GHz,与未加磁场合成的镍样品相比,微波吸收峰从8 GHz处移向12 GHz。
【Abstract】 Ni nanocrystallites were prepared by hydrothermal method in the presence of applied magnetic field. For Ni sample without applying magnetic field branch-like microstructure composed with sword-like flake was observed. For Ni sample prepared under applied magnetic field, the particles are composed of nano-rod and flake grains, with part particles parallelly ordering. The latter exhibits simultaneously negative permittivity and permeability at 8 GHz and presents remarkable left-handed materials properties. Moreover, it presents a good microwave absorbing performance, with maximum reflection loss of-11 dB at 8.32 GHz and bandwidth less than-8 dB covering a frequency range of 10.32-13.52 GHz. Compared to Ni sample without applying magnetic field, the microwave absorption peak shifts from 8 GHz to 12 GHz for the Ni sample with applying magnetic field.
