富含缓释淀粉高单不饱和脂肪酸型肠内营养制剂对超重的2型糖尿病病人血糖和血脂的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察富含缓释淀粉高单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)型肠内营养(EN)制剂对超重的2型糖尿病病人血糖和血脂的影响。方法:纳入研究2型糖尿病的病人60例,随机分为研究组和对照组。两组病人均给予综合性干预措施,如饮食、锻炼、健康生活方式等指导。研究组病人早餐服用富含缓释淀粉高MUFA的EN制剂,对照组服用等热量的普通膳食,服用4周后进行血糖、血脂、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、腰臀脂肪比率等指标的监测。结果:4周后,研究组病人餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、血清三酰甘油(TG)明显降低,与对照组比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究组病人空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、BMI、腰围、腰臀脂肪比率等均略低于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:富含缓释淀粉高MUFA型EN制剂能有效控制超重的2型糖尿病病人的餐后血糖和血脂水平。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effcet of enteral nutrition containing slow-release starch and high-monounsaturated-fat on blood glucose and lipid metabolism in overweight type 2 diabete mellitus. Methods: A prospective,randomized clinical trial was made. The sixty overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into control group( isocaloric normal oral diet) and study group( rich in slow-release starch and high-monounsaturated-fat formula). Blood glucose,blood lipids,body mass index( BMI),waist circumference,waist-hip ratio and other indicators were mersured after 4weeks. Results: Compared with the control group,the study group had a significant lower 2 hour postprandial blood glucose( 2hPBG) and serum triglycerides( TG)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Slow-release starch and high-monounsaturated-fat formula is suitable for overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus for improving blood glucose and lipid metabolism.
