Ti/B多层结构含能点火元件的制备与表征
Fabrication and Characterization of Ti/B Multilayer Reactive Igniters
【摘要】 设计了含能桥的结构,采用磁控溅射方法制备硼/钛多层含能桥。对含能薄膜进行X射线衍射图谱测试,并用扫描电镜对含能桥进行了断面和表面形貌观察,可以看到多层连续结构。用HS4540MX12高速摄像系统记录下来含能桥发火过程,火花溅射距离可达到30 mm左右。进行了含能桥对BNCP药柱的点火试验,成功隔离点火。
【Abstract】 A novel micro-igniter incorporating nano-scale Ti/B multilayer film was designed and fabricated by magnetron sputtering. XRD analysis showed the deposited film consists of Ti and B. The cross-sectional image and the surface of the Ti/B multilayer film were scanned using SEM microscope. Results show that the film consists of a series of consecutive layers which are Ti / B alternative layers. The firing process of the micro-igniter was recorded using HS 4540 MX12 high-speed video camera,the sparkles spread to a distance as far as 30 mm. The micro-igniter was used to initiate BNCP charges so as to test the possibility of ‘non-contact ignition’,results show that Ti/B multilayer reactive igniters could successfully initiate BNCP pellet.
