70%噻虫胺种子处理可分散粉剂的研制及其对棉蚜的防治

【摘要】 为了筛选出能够有效防治棉花苗期蚜虫的高效种子处理剂,对70%噻虫胺种子处理可分散粉剂的配方进行了研究。通过对润湿分散剂、成膜剂、防沉降剂等助剂的筛选,采用高速多功能粉碎机初步混合粉碎,气引式粉碎机深度粉碎,确定其较优配方为:噻虫胺质量分数为70%;润湿剂分散剂农乳1601和NNO(萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物)质量分数分别为4%和8%;成膜剂PEG8000质量分数为5%;碱性染料玫瑰精质量分数为1.4%,防沉降剂白土和黄原胶以质量比3∶1复配,总质量分数为4%,其余白炭黑补齐。用上述配方所制备的70%噻虫胺种子处理可分散粉剂各项指标合格。通过田间防蚜药效试验发现,70%噻虫胺种子处理可分散粉剂制剂用量1 000g/100kg种子对棉花苗期蚜虫30d的防效达92.64%,显著高于对照药剂70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂。

【Abstract】 In order to filter out the seed treatment which can control cotton seedling aphids effectively,the formulations of 70%clothianidin seed treatment dispersible powder were studied in this article.Through selecting wetting agents,dispersing agents,film formers,anti-settling agents which were mixed and crushed preliminarily using LD-200high-speed multi-function mill,and then were crushed deeply by jet mill to determine the optimal formulation.The mass fraction of clothianidin was 70%,mass fraction of wetting dispersants pesticide emulsifier 1601 and dispersant NNO was 4%and 8%respectively,mass fraction of film-forming agent PEG8000 was 5%;basic dye rhodamine was 1.4%.Anti-settling agents clay and xanthan gum were complexed by mass ratio of 3∶1with the total mass fraction of 4%,and the remai-ning ingredient was filled with white carbon black.The indicators of 70% clothianidin seed treatment dispersible powder prepared above were qualified.The field anti-aphid efficacy trial found that the control effect of 30 days of 70%clothianidin seed treatment dispersible powders with active ingredient 1 000g/100 kg seeds on cotton seedling aphids reached 92.64%,significantly higher than the control agent 70% seed treatment thiamethoxam dispersible powder.
