‘新红星’与‘宫崎短枝富士’正反交后代枝条主要性状的遗传分析

【摘要】 为分析短枝型苹果枝条主要性状的遗传规律,将6年生‘新红星’与‘宫崎短枝富士’正反交杂种实生树转接到SH系中间砧上,2012年对2年生转接苗(共计658株)的短枝率、节间长度、萌芽率、尖削度及枝条长度等5个指标进行了调查测定。结果表明:‘新红星’与‘宫崎短枝富士’正反交后代群体枝条的主要性状发生分离,以短枝率和枝条长度的变异幅度最大,分别为0~100%和0.81~152.50cm;后4项指标呈正态分布,说明这些性状是由多基因控制的数量性状;短枝率为0与否是由主基因控制,非零短枝率对零短枝率为显性,据正反交后代群体中分离比率为5∶3和13∶3,进一步推测亲本群体的基因型为SsIi×SsIi。

【Abstract】 To study the inheritance of key shoot traits in apple progenies of′Starkrimson′and′Miyazaki spur′.658 apple hybrid seedlings of′Starkrimson′and′Miyazaki spur′were determined to five key shoot traits,i.e.percentage of spur,length of internode,percentage of sprouting,conicity and length of shoot.The results showed that all the five traits of progenies showed wide and continuous segregations,and among them the percentage of spur and length of shoot were the largest,with the figures of 0~100% and 0.81~152.50cm,respectively.Length of internode,percentage of sprouting,length of shoot and conicity of shoot appeared to be normally distributed,which means that these quantitative traits were controlled by polygenes.The frequency distribution of percentage of spur inferred that the variation in non-zero/zero was controlled by the segregation of major gene,and zero was dominant against non-zero,the segregation ratio of the no-zero/zero percentage of spur in reciprocal crosses generation between′Starkrimson′and′Miyazaki spur′apple were 5∶3 and 13∶3 and the genotype of maternal parent is SsIi×SsIi.
