森基米尔轧机支承辊成组轴承与中间辊弹性耦合系统接触机理
Contact Behaviors for Elastic Coupling System of Back- Up Roll Grouped Bearings and Intermediate Roll of Sendzimir Mill
【摘要】 建立了森基米尔轧机支承辊成组背衬轴承与中间辊弹性耦合系统多界面接触机理分析模型,采用有限元法对弹性系统及界面接触问题进行了大规模数值迭代求解;并基于此模型研究了支承辊挠曲变形对支承辊成组背衬轴承系统接触行为的影响,得到了给定2种轧制力和耦合场作用下支承辊的挠曲变形及6套成组背衬轴承内部的接触应力分布状态,以及成组背衬轴承与中间辊的接触行为规律。结果表明,在给定轧制工况条件下,中间辊最大挠度远大于支承辊的最大挠度;支承辊挠曲变形对成组背衬轴承与中间辊间的接触均匀性以及轴承内部接触均匀性产生较大影响。
【Abstract】 A multi- interface contact behavior analysis model is developed for elastic coupling system of back- up roll grouped back- up bearings and intermediate roll of Sendzimir mill,and the large- scale numerical iteration solution for elastic system and interface contact problem is carried out by using the finite element method. Based on this model,the influence of deflection of roll on contact behavior of back- up roll grouped bearings system is researched. The deflection of roll under two given roll force and coupling field effect,internal contact stress distribution state of six grouped back- up bearings and contact behavior rules of grouped back- up bearings and intermediate roll are given. The results show that the maximum deflection of intermediate roll is much greater than that of back- up roll under the given roll operating condition,and the deflection of back- up roll have a greater impact on contact uniformity between grouped back- up bearings and intermediate roll and internal contact uniformity of bearings.
