6σ在轴承套圈磨削工艺改进中的应用

【摘要】 应用6σ方法对轴承套圈磨削工艺进行改进,以轴承外圈圆度误差为评定指标,对磨削工艺中存在的问题进行定义,对外圈圆度误差进行了测量。针对测量结果进行单因素方差分析,得出了工件中心高、导轮倾斜角和磨削砂轮平衡是影响套圈圆度误差的3个主要因素。设计正交试验,分析结果显示,磨削砂轮平衡对圆度误差的影响最大,导轮倾斜角与工件中心高对圆度误差的影响程度相当,低于磨削砂轮平衡对圆度误差的影响。在此基础上提出了对这3个参数进行控制的优化措施,最终使套圈的磨削过程能力指数从0.88提高到了1.43,减少了抽检的次数和数量。

【Abstract】 The grinding process for bearing rings is improved by using six σ method. The roundness error of outer rings is selected as the assessment index,the existing problems in the grinding process are defined,and the roundness error of outer rings is measured. The measuring results are analyzed by using one- way variance analysis,the workpiece center height,guide wheel tilt angle and grinding wheel balance are the three main factors that affecting roundness error of rings. The orthogonal experiment is designed. The analysis results show that the grinding wheel balance has the greatest infulence on roundness error,resulting in tilt angle and workpiece center height has the same influence on roundness error,and the influence is less than the influence of grinding wheel balance on roundness error. On this basis,the optimal improvement measure is put forward to control these three parameters. Ultimately,the grinding process capability index is increased from 0. 88 to 1. 43,the sampling frequency and quantity are reduced.
