【摘要】 目的分析透明细胞肾细胞癌的多层CT影像特点,提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析55例透明细胞肾细胞癌的CT表现,所有病例均进行平扫及增强三期扫描。结果 51例透明细胞肾细胞癌平扫表现为不均匀肿块,呈稍高密度影;增强后皮质期和髓质期明显不均匀强化,肾盂期强化程度迅速下降;均出现不同程度囊变、坏死,钙化3例。结论透明细胞肾细胞癌CT表现具有一定特征,大部分可准确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT) features of clear cell renal cell carcinoma in order to improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods Of the case 55, MSCT findings of clear cell renal cell carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. All cases received three phase enhanced CT examinations. Results Clear cell renal cell carcinoma(51 patients) appeared as inhomogeneous masses, inhomogeneous slightly high density on plain CT images, inhomogeneous enhancement appeared in cortical phase or parenchymal phase after administration of contrast media; in the pelvic phase, the tumor density dropped promptly further. Hemorrhage,necrosis and cystic degeneration were seen in all lesions and calcification in 3 lesion. Conclusion Clear cell renal cell carcinoma has distinctive CT features, most of them can be diagnosed well and truly.更多还原
