【摘要】 目的探讨睾丸内各类型恶性肿块影像学特征。方法对一组24例病理证实的睾丸恶性肿块CT、MR影像表现及病理进行分析。结果本组24例中精原细胞瘤17例;混合性生殖细胞瘤、淋巴瘤各2例;未成熟型畸胎瘤、卵黄囊瘤、睾丸网腺癌各1例。影像学检查对睾丸恶性肿块定位准,尤其MR对肿块组织特征显示清楚,部分肿瘤具有特征性影像表现。结论结合患者临床资料和影像学特征对大部分睾丸恶性实性肿块可明确诊断及临床分期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the imaging characteristics of malignant solid testicular lesions. Methods CT and MR imaging manifestations in 24 cases with testis malignant tumor proved by pathological examinations were analyzed. Results 17 cases of Seminoma were diagnosed in total of 25 cases, 2 cases of mixed germ cell tumor, 2 cases of lymphoma. One case of Immature teratoma, yolk sac tumor and testis adenocarcinoma were found. Imaging examination, especially MRI, could accurately show the location and characteristic of testicular malignant tumor. Conclusion It’s possible to make an accurate diagnosis by the combination of clinical data with imaging features in most of the testis malignant solid tumors.更多还原
