基于离心-振动复合系统的加速度模型
Analysis of the Combined Acceleration Model Reproduced by Centrifuge-Vibrator System
【摘要】 复合加速度输入情况下的加速度计校准是多参数复合环境下加速度计计量测试技术的基础.本文将一种由离心机和振动台组成的复合系统引入到加速度计校准领域.离心-振动系统能够复现由恒定值加速度和正弦加速度组成的复合加速度.恒定值加速度最高可达40g,而正弦加速度频率范围是20 Hz~2 000Hz.通过推导建立了基于离心-振动系统的复合加速度模型,研究了线加速度计在复合加速度输入情况下的校准理论.文中还对复合加速度模型进行了分析,对其用于加速度计校准进行了探讨.
【Abstract】 Calibrating accelerometer under multiple inputs is the basic of metrological technique of accelerometer calibration in combined environmental factors.In this paper,a centrifuge-vibrator system which consists of a centrifuge and a vibrator is introduced to calibrate accelerometers with multi-inputs. The centrifuge-vibrator system can simultaneously reproduce constant acceleration as high as 70g and sinusoidal accelerations with frequencies from 20Hz to 2 000Hz.The composite acceleration model reproduced by centrifuge-vibrator system is established by derivation and it provides theoretical basis for linear accelerometer calibration under multiple inputs.We also analyzed the composite acceleration model and discussed the application in calibration of accelerometer.
