【摘要】 舒张期心功能衰竭是一种常见疾病,可由多种原因引起,对患者健康有明显影响。其发病率随患者年龄增加呈升高趋势。65岁以上老年患者舒张期心功能衰竭发病率及病死率接近于收缩期心功能衰竭,应尽早诊断和治疗。舒张期心功能衰竭发病时临床表现与收缩期心功能衰竭相似,但两者发病诱因及治疗方法不同,必须做出正确诊断。其鉴别方法主要依靠超声心动及脉冲波多普勒检查。本文就舒张期心功能衰竭的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现及对患者的影响、发病诱因及危险因素、诊断和治疗等研究进展作一综述,为临床医务工作者提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diastolic heart failure is a common disease which can be caused by a variety of reasons,and have obvious influence on the health of patients. Its mobility is increasing with age. In patients over 65 years old the mobility and mortality of this disease is close to patients with systolic heart failure,and the early diagnosis and treatment is very important. The clinical manifestations are similar with systolic heart failure,but their pathogenesis and treatments are different so must make a correct diagnosis. The main identification methods rely on heartbeat and pulsed wave Doppler ultrasonic examination. This article makes a review of the diastolic heart failure in the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and influence on patients,predisposing factors and risk factors,diagnosis and treatment progress,to provide the reference for clinical work.更多还原
