【摘要】 第六次人口普查显示,苏州常住人口已达1046万人,人口与经济社会资源环境矛盾日趋凸显,人口承载力面临严峻挑战:土地资源供给矛盾突出、水资源利用不容乐观、环境保护面临严峻形势、公共资源面临巨大压力。针对"十二五"期间苏州发展的新趋势、新问题,以及苏州人口承载力现状,我们要加大人口调控力度,创新人口管理模式和工作机制,要将人口转移纳入产业转移目标,在经济转型升级的同时实现人口转型升级;要加强企业员工管理、强化私房出租管理,推进户籍管理制度改革,建设人口均衡型社会;要深入开展人口发展前瞻研究,完善人口调控机制,加强对人口调控工作的领导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sixth census shows that the population of permanent residents in Suzhou has reached 10.46 million. There exists an increasingly manifest contradiction between population and economic social resource environment. Population bearing capacity is facing severe challenges. There is a contradiction between supply and demand of land resources. The utilization of water resources is not optimistic, environmental protection is confronting severe challenges, and public resources are faced with pressure. In view of the "twelfth five-year" in the new trend of Suzhou development, new problems, and the status quo of Suzhou population bearing capacity, we should strengthen population regulation, innovate the mode of population management and work mechanism, include population transfer into the industry transfer target, and realize population transformation and upgrading in line with economic transformation and upgrading..
