【摘要】 从辨析"规划方案碳效应评价"的概念及内涵入手,分国际、国内两个方面,梳理城市住区规划设计方案评价的缘起、方法、技术及评价层面、侧重点、现存问题及研究趋势等,阐明住区方案碳评的理论依托、技术环境等;而后,从住区碳排放计量技术研究、住区降碳技术应用以及住区方案低碳性评价的因子、方法、标准、侧重点及评价体系建构、方案评价实践等方面,系统梳理住区方案碳评的研究进度、存在问题,并提出未来研究的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the concept and connotation about "carbon effect evaluation of planning program", the article, from both domestic and international levels, discusses the origin, methods, techniques, evaluation, focuses, current dilemmas and research trends of planning program evaluation in urban settlements, and clarifies its theoretical basis, technical environment, etc. Then it analyzes the progress of the study and the existingproblems of carbon effect evaluation of settlements program systematically, on aspects of settlements carbon emissions measurement technology, lowcarbon settlements carbon reduction application, evaluation factor, methods, standards, focus, evaluation system construction, program evaluation practices of settlements program, based on which the article further proposes orientations for future studies.更多还原
