【Abstract】 The developing process of Changsha oil painting in recent 60 years can be divided into four stages,which are also the very moment of national culture transforming and market and capital being introduced into art. The view of art is shifting from meeting political needs into freely expressing personal inside demands. "Others",as a form of language communication is rooted into Huxiang local ethnic culture,and is of regional cultural characteristics.
