【摘要】 目的检测Bcl-6共抑制因子样蛋白1(BCORL1)及E钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在胃癌及对应的癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析二者表达的相关性。方法收集58例胃癌及对应癌旁组织,运用免疫组织化学技术检测BCORL1及E-cadherin的表达情况,分析二者表达的相关性。结果 BCORL1在胃癌组织中的表达显著高于对应的癌旁组织(60.3%vs.17.2%,P=0.000),而E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达显著低于对应的癌旁组织(27.6%vs.63.8%,P=0.000);BCORL1及E-cadherin表达与肿瘤组织病理分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关(P<0.05);胃癌组织中BCORL1与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(r=-0.571,P=0.002)。结论胃癌组织中BCORL1高表达与恶性临床病理参数相关,并与E-cadherin表达呈负相关,提示BCORL1可能通过转录抑制E-cadherin,促进胃癌进展和转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of BCORL1and E-cadherin and their correlation analysis in gastric carcinoma.Methods We freshly collected 58samples of surgically resected paired gastric carcinoma and normal tumor-adjacent tissues and detected BCORL1and E-cadherin expression in the samples using immunohistochemical staining.The correlation between BCORL1and E-cadherin protein expression was analysed.Results The protein expression of BCORL1in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly upregulated compared to those of the normal tumor-adjacent tissues(60.3%vs.17.2%,P=0.000),but expression of Ecadherin in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than those in the normal tumor-adjacent tissues(27.6%vs.63.8%,P=0.000).Clinicopathological analysis suggested that EphA2and E-cadherin protein expression were associated with histopathological differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).BCORL1was significantly negative correlated with E-cadherin protein in gastric carcinoma(r=-0.571,P=0.002).Conclusion The high-expression of BCORL1is correlated with malignant clinicopathological characteristics,and BCORL1is negative associated with E-cadherin,suggesting that BCORL1promotes tumor progression and metastasis through transcriptional regulating E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma.更多还原
