【摘要】 目的探讨胆囊收缩素受体B(CCK-BR)在人体多种肿瘤组织和细胞中的表达情况。方法使用逆转录-PCR(RTPCR)、蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)方法检测人胃癌细胞AGS和SGC-7901、人肝癌细胞HepG-2、人神经母细胞瘤细胞SHSY5Y、人肺癌细胞A549和NCI-H446、人前列腺癌细胞DU145、人膀胱癌细胞T24共计8种肿瘤细胞株中CCK-BR mRNA及蛋白的表达。免疫组织化学或免疫细胞化学法检测临床标本胃癌组织、乳腺癌组织、宫颈癌组织、膀胱癌组织、肺癌组织、肝癌组织及AGS、SGC-7901细胞中CCK-BR的表达。结果人体8种肿瘤细胞株均表达CCK-BR mRNA和蛋白,并定位在细胞质和细胞膜,6种肿瘤组织中CCK-BR表达阳性。结论 CCK-BR在人体多种肿瘤组织和肿瘤细胞中表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of cholecystokinin receptor B(CCK-BR)in a variety of human tumor tissues and cells.Methods RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of CCK-BR mRNA and protein in human gastric cancer AGS and SGC-7901cells,human hepatoma cancer HepG-2cells,human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Ycells and human lung cancer A549and NCI-H446cells,human prostate cancer DU145cells,human bladder cancer T24cells.CCK-BR expression was detected in the clinical cancer tissues including the stomach,breast,cervical,bladder,lung and liver and AGS and SGC-7901cells by immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical methods.Results CCK-BR mRNA and protein were express in the cytoplasm and cell membrane of the above 8cell lines.Positive expression of CCK-BR was discovered in the above cancer tissues.Conclusion CCK-BR are expressed in a variety of human tumor tissues and cells.更多还原
