微量硼对C100从动齿轮组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 研究微量硼对C100传动齿轮组织与性能的影响,比较高频淬火层与离子氮化层的性能。结果表明加入微量硼能够提高齿轮材料的淬透性,细化淬火层的晶粒,其中含硼0.003%的试样淬火层最深,晶粒较细,其硬化深度与16 h氮化层的深度相当,硬度较高。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the impact of trace boron on the microstructure and performance of C100 drive gear and the influence of both surface quenching and plasma nitriding on the performance were investigated. The results showed that the addition of trace boron can improve the hardenability of gear materials and the grain refinement of hardening layer. The quenching layer of the sample of boron containing about 0. 003% was the thickest and the grains of this sample were finer. The depth of the hardened layer was close to that of the 16- hour- nitrided layer,but the hardness of high frequency quenching was higher.
