【摘要】 随着全球变暖,草原沙漠化进程的日趋加剧,草场退化,草地生态环境的日益恶化问题已经愈来愈突显。人类对草地生态系统服务功能的重要性的认识更为深入,促进草地生态安全屏障保护与生态服务价值增值,积极改进和落实草原生态补偿机制,持续合理地补偿草地生态服务的受损方,科学有效激发草原保护的积极性尤为重要。本文在充分理解草原生态补偿概念的基础上,系统总结国内外的研究成果,指出新疆草原生态补偿的紧迫性和重要性,并借鉴国外草原生态补偿的实践经验,从而提出了新疆牧区草场生态补偿的新机制,提出相关措施与政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the global warming, grassland desertification increasingly worse, the worsening problem of grassland degradation grassland ecological environment has become increasingly valued for human.Human’s acutance of the importance of grassland ecosystem services goes more in depth. Promote the grassland ecological security barrier protection and ecological service value appreciation. To speed up the implementation of ecological compensation mechanism make the impaired of grassland ecosystem services compensated. It can effectively improve the enthusiasm of grassland protection.
