【摘要】 利益是医患冲突的直接动力和根源,协调平衡医患双方的利益是解决问题的关键。根据马斯洛的需求层次理论,医患双方均具有生理、安全、社交、尊重和自我实现的需要,在满足各自需要的过程中,医患之间的利益冲突先后经历了从潜在利益冲突向显现利益冲突、直接利益冲突向非直接利益冲突的演变。协调医患利益关系,必须通过加强体制机制改革和危机管理、引入第三方力量等宏观和微观层面相结合的综合干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interest is the direct motivation and origin of conflicts between doctors and patients,and balancing the interests of both sides is the key to solve this problem. According to Maslow’s theory of needs,both doctors and patients have the needs of physiological,safety,social intercourse,esteem and self-actualization. In the process to meet their respective needs,interest conflicts between them have experienced the evolution from a potential conflict of interest to the apparent conflict of interest, and from a direct conflict of interest to the non-direct conflict of interest. In order to coordinate the relationship between doctors and patients,comprehensive intervention measures combined with the macro and micro levels such as strengthening the system and mechanism reform and crisis management, introducing the third-party force must be taken.更多还原
