【Abstract】 Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,new media as a media form,has changed their way of thinking and behavior silently,and also produced far-reaching effect on their value judgment and value orientation. This kind of new condition and new change has brought hitherto unknown historical opportunities to the college counselors as well as an unprecedented severe challenge.
