新型可降解Mg-1Ca合金微弧氧化工艺初探
Fabrication and Characterization of Micro-arc Oxidation(MAO) Coatings on Novel Biodegradable Mg-1Ca Alloy for Orthopaedic Application
【摘要】 采用微弧氧化(Micro-arc oxidation,MAO)在镁合金表面制备一层多孔陶瓷膜可以有效改善基体的耐蚀性和生物相容性。文章以新型Mg-1Ca为基体进行微弧氧化处理,研究了处理时间和电压对MAO膜层结构和成分及耐蚀性的影响,讨论了膜层的生长机理及其在SBF溶液中的腐蚀行为。
【Abstract】 A newly-developed degradable Mg-1Ca(mass fraction%) alloy was modified with porous ceramic coatings through Micro-arc oxidation(MAO) technique in alkaline silicate electrolyte. The sparking behavior and growth characteristics of oxide coatings were discussed. The influence of working voltage and treatment time on the the resulting coatings’ structure and composition were investigated by SEM-EDS, XPS and XRD. Potentiodynamic polarization test was carried out to understand corrosion behavior of the coated Mg-1Ca in Kokubo’s SBF solution, in which the optimal MAO treatment at 360 V for 5 min was determined.
