胶原液晶在EMPs诱导下的生物矿化
Biomineralization of Collagen Liquid Crystal under the Regulation of EMPs
【摘要】 采用鼠尾I型胶原自组装形成的液晶胶原薄膜作为模板,在猪源性EMPs(Enamel Matrix Proteins)调控下进行生物矿化研究。通过POM、TEM、XRD、FSEM和EDS分析矿化产物的组成和结构。液晶模板的有序化结构不受EMPs的影响,EMPs促进对钙磷盐的形成,矿化物不仅沿胶原纤维排列且及聚集成花簇状。
【Abstract】 Biomineralization of hydroxyapatite on collagen liquid-crystal template under the regulation of EMPs(Enamel Matrix Proteins) was developed. The liquid crystal collagen obtained by self-assembling was in aligned structure no matter whether EMPs was in. The composition and microstructure of mineralized product was analyzed by TEM, XRD, FSEM, FTIR and EDS. The results show that EMPs have a promoting effect on nucleation of calcium phosphate, and formed minerals not only precipitate along the collagen fibril but also gather into a flower-like morphology on the liquid crystal collagen template.
