可降解PCEC-CaO-SiO2-P2O5杂化材料的制备
Preparation of Degradable PCEC-CaO-SiO2-P2O5 Hybrid Materials
【摘要】 采用分子量为2000的PEG为大分子引发剂,引发ε-己内酯开环聚合,合成了分子量为3000~5000的端羟基的PCL-PEG-PCL(PCEC)嵌段共聚物。采用异氰酸基烷基三乙氧基硅烷(IPTS)将该共聚物端羟基修饰后,并采用溶胶-凝胶法与生物玻璃前驱体进行反应,形成具有化学键键合的有机-无机杂化材料。该材料的压缩模量为5.9~65 MPa,拉伸模量为8.9~31 MPa并可通过改变PCEC的嵌段比例对材料的力学性能进行调控。该材料在模拟体液中浸泡3 d,材料表面就已经沉积了一层钙磷比约为1.67的钙磷沉淀物。XRD结果表明该沉淀物为羟基磷灰石。
【Abstract】 A series of biodegradable PCL-PEG-PCL(PCEC) block copolymers were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone initiated by poly(ethylene glycol)(Mn=2000). The PCEC-CaO-SiO2-P2O5 hybrid materials were synthesized by end-capping PCEC with hydroxyl end-groups using 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane following the sol-gel reaction with tetraethyl orthosilicate and calcium nitrate tetrahydrate and triethyl phosphate. The effect of molecular weight of PCEC on the bioactivity and mechanical properties of PCEC-CaO-SiO2-P2O5 hybrid materials was investigated.
