钛基钌镧氧化物涂层在NaCl溶液中的伏安行为
Voltammetry Behavior of Ru-La Oxide Coatings on Ti Substrate in NaCl Solution
【摘要】 采用热分解法制备Ti/Ru(1-x)LaxO2(0≤x≤0.7)氧化物涂层,通过极化曲线和循环伏安法对该系列涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学行为进行了研究。结果表明,加镧的钌氧化物涂层具有更高的交换电流密度,更小的极化电阻和更大的伏安电荷,且当La浓度达到30 mol%时,表面电化学活性达到最大值。钌镧氧化物涂层的内活性表面积远大于外活性表面积,但随着含La量的增加,内活性表面积下降较大。
【Abstract】 The Ti/Ru(1-x)LaxO2(0≤x≤0.7) oxide coatings were prepared by thermal decomposition of the metal chlorides in the precursor solution. The electrochemical behavior of the coatings was studied by Tafel curves and cyclic voltammetry(CV) in the 3.5% NaCl solution. The results show that Ru-La oxide coatings exhibit large exchange current density, voltammetric charge and lower polarization resistance, and the surface activity reaches a maximum value at the nominal La content of 30 mol%. Moreover, the ‘inner’ electrochemical active area of the Ru-La oxide coatings is much more than the ‘outer’ electrochemical active area, and the former significantly decreases with the increase of La content.
